  We hired a camper van from this company and would NEVER use them again or recommend them. When we collected the vehicle it was filthy on the outside and we were told that it was ready to go. We found full rubbish bins inside, the toilet had not been refilled with chemicals, the interior had not been cleaned from the previous hire and the water tank was empty. We cleaned it fully inside before returning it and consequently were 17 minutes late and for our troubles they charged us an additional £38.00 for another full days insurance. We were kept waiting for an hour when we returned because Chris was not there and he is the ONLY one who can check the vehicles back in. When he turned up there was no apology or acknowledgement that we had been waiting and he went and had a cup of tea and a biscuit before attending to us!! The company and the people there have no idea of any sort of customer service or even simple, common courtesy. We will never use them again and suggest others don't either. It's a shame you cannot post with NO stars!!
